My odd Northampton armoured cruiser

On the same page as the small drawing of the Shannon, I have a drawing of my Northampton armoured cruiser that I have dated as having been rebuilt or built anachronistically in 1896. I have used the original dimensions and displacement for this version, which has twqo funnels and the heavy pole masts. The armament is 4-8in and 10-6in QF guns. I increased the armour basis to 9in. The speed and range are also greater than the Shannon. This is the Springsharp report:
HMS Northampton, Great Britain Armoured Cruiser laid down 1896

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
   8,429 lbs / 3,823 Kg = 32.9 x 8.0 " / 203 mm shells or 1.6 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.18
 Metacentric height 3.2 ft / 1.0 m
 Roll period: 14.2 seconds
 Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 68 %
   - Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.39
 Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.36

Hull form characteristics:
 Hull has a flush deck
 Block coefficient: 0.665
 Length to Beam Ratio: 4.67 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 16.73 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 59 %
 Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): -2.00 degrees
 Stern overhang: -2.00 ft / -0.61 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
    - Stem: 20.00 ft / 6.10 m
