A "better" version of the Ger/CBL/1915 Mod.A design

I wanted to have full coverage of armour over the machinery spaces and to have a 16ft wide belt. I was able to do that and still make 40 knots by using very high power output machinery. The machinery will produce 41.85 SHP/ton of machinery weight. While that is large, realize that HMS Swift, designed in 1905, could produce 50,000 SHP at about 60 SHP/ton. This is the revised Springsharp report:
Ger/CBL/1915 Mod.A, Germany Light Battlecruiser laid down 1915 (Engine 1950)

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
   22,462 lbs / 10,189 Kg = 26.0 x 12.0 " / 305 mm shells or 1.9 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.25
 Metacentric height 5.4 ft / 1.6 m
 Roll period: 14.5 seconds
 Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 55 %
   - Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.31
 Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.11

Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak
 Block coefficient: 0.481
 Length to Beam Ratio: 10.00 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 28.28 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 60 %
 Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 3.00 degrees
 Stern overhang: -2.00 ft / -0.61 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
    - Stem: 34.00 ft / 10.36 m
    - Forecastle (20 %): 30.00 ft / 9.14 m
    - Mid (69 %): 30.00 ft / 9.14 m (22.00 ft / 6.71 m aft of break)
