Extreme measures were needed, but I got a better "Super Fast Battlecruiser" design

I have spent the last 1/2 hour manipulating parameters in Springsharp to obtain a Super Fast Battlecruiser design that would have the desired speed, the desired armament, and close to the desired protectioin, along with adequate strength and seakeeping ability. I was forced to increase freeboard, draft, and beam to do so. This is the Springsharp report:
GB/CB/Super Fast X1, Enter country Enter ship type laid down 1917 (Engine 1937)
