A 2nd Class Cruiser for 1927
This was my first attempt at sort of a 2nd Class Cruiser to go with my 1st Class Cruiser with 9.2in guns. The 2nd Class Cruiser has 9-7.5in and 12-4in DP guns with 8-21in TT. The idea is to be practically a protected cruiser, and the design has a 3in deck. I have a narrow belt, as well, to augment the deck. The speed is modest with a range intended for the Pacific theater: 12,000 nm. Hopefully, I haven't made any data entry errors, and the design is good as specified. I had to do minor tweaking as I had omitted turret and barbette armor, which Springsharp rightfully complained about. The ship is flush-decked, as I prefer.
