A "Moderate Dimensions" design study
I have a sketch of a "Moderate Dimensions" battleship design study done for the Germans for 1915. It has two triple-16.5in turrets forward, 12-6in guns in casemates on the upper deck, and unique for this time in my designs, 4-4.7in AA guns on top of the lower superstructure, just aft of the superfiring turret and at the rear of the second funnel. The ship has a tower foremast and tripod mainmast. The ship is flush-decked, and to satisfy Springsharp, the speed is 25 knots. The result is really nice, from my perspective. I wonder how realistic it is, but it is nice.
